When you reserve a room with us, we collect the following information from you:

• Reservation period
• Number of rooms
• Number of people (adults and children)
• Selected extras package
• Selected rate / selected special offer
• First name and last name
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Arrival information
• Room and bed type and/or other preferences
We use these data to process your reservation and to conclude and fulfil the contract with you. This includes the verification of your identity, the collection of payment guarantee and/or payment information and the sending of marketing news or messages which are relevant to your stay. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and have therefore reduced the number of mandatory entry fields to the minimum. We save these personal data for 10 years in accordance with the statutory retention periods. If you make a booking via our website, you will be automatically forwarded in the booking procedure to our reservations service provider where your personal data will be processed for the purposes of fulfilling the contract. The legal basis for the processing of your data in connection with a reservation is GDPR Article 6 (1) (b) (f). We have a legitimate interest in our customer loyalty and in improving our customer satisfaction.
If you would like to receive the newsletter that is offered on our website, we require a valid email address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the specified email address and that you agree to receive this newsletter. Additional data are not collected. We solely use these data for sending the requested information and we do not forward them to third parties. You may, at any time, revoke the consent granted for the storage of the data and the email address as well as for their use for sending the newsletter, for instance via the "De-register” link in the newsletter.
We have enabled IP anonymisation on this website.
